Mr. R. P. K. Nishantha Ranasinghe our founder and current Managing Director of Shadow Tea and Environmental PVT LTD, has over 35 years’ experience in the janitorial, cleaning and tea services industry. He initially started his career as a cleaner in a local hotel chain in Sri Lanka, later on he was promoted as a steward due to his management skills became a supervisor in the same hotel chain and after 3 and half years he became a housekeeping manager serving aggregate of 8 years. After that in 1994 he joined professional cleaning company and where he served for 20 years. Here he initially started as a supervisor and after 2 years he was promoted as an area manager, due to his performance he was promoted Manager All Island Tea Services. In 2010, he received an award for best performance manager in Marketing by company.
